I've been here 3 times in the last 4 days trying to get a load done. Each time, there were zero machines available. Not the first time I've had this issue. It's seems to be very busy often, so I made sure to go very early in the morning (5am). All the machines were in use already with what appeared to be bedding in all of them. If I could give 0 stars I would. On two occasions I have tried to use the triple size washer but it will not take any of my three cards. Both times I have tried to use the coin machine but no luck there either. Tonight one machine wanted $7 for a basic wash and the other wanted $15. Not that it mattered because they wouldn't work anyway. Other, smaller, machines also displayed different dollar amounts for the same settings; one even displayed "free" but, you guessed it, it didn't work. Definitely not a great experience. For Starters I had to waste gas driving 40 mins from West Vail because it's the only laundry mat that is open 24hr. When I got there I tried buying detergent from the machine but none of my cards or Apple Pay worked . I told myself "Not an issue" I'll go to city market to buy detergent and get cash for coins. "Awesome"!! "Yay"!! When I got back i separated my clothes and put them into the machines ready to go. Then I went to the coin machine put my $20 dollars in.. GUESS WHAT?!!!!! It took my $20 along with no coins and here's the kicker... on top of the coin machine there's a sign that says "call this number if you're having issues." I did that more then a handful of times and no answer. All in all there's Shitty customer service because there are no employees. So if you decide to go to this , make sure you bring coins you save from your coin jar because credit/debits cards are useless along with cash. This laundry mat is easy to find. Not a ton of parking but there's a lot across the street-French street lot. Quite a few of their machines are not in service and the place is dirty. Tables tops have random trash on them and the floor was filthy. Also it's EXPENSIVE! I did do my laundry here but didn't go back the next time I had to do laundry, I went to Frisco instead. On a positive note they take cards/Apple Pay but charge extra for warm water and anything other than a light wash cycle. read more

Unmanned laundromat in the heart of Breck. Not much seating, but plenty of machines and carts. Gets the job done, but not super classy.

Their website makes it sounds like a place with ample selection and you're able to walk around town while doing laundry. When we visited the place, it's not what the website described. Cute building outside, as soon as you see the sign on the front door that says "they aren't responsible for your belongings" it's all downhill from there. read more

$7 refund check from owners in days. Great place is open 24 hours. Owners hard working people not on Facebook doing nothing. Give the owners a chance to return to you, for a $1 of coins you locals want the owners to stop their responsibilities to attend a local refund. This place has all you need awesome washers, dryers and either owners or someone is always cleaning up. Owners never bother anyone very friendly. One morning I had messed up and double paid for a wash twice. I then I called the owners Left a clearly message where to find me and which washer I double paid just what had happened to please refund me when they can etc. days went by I ended up back since this place over and over I watched owners working I wasn't going to stop them for a few coins. This is a great place is open 24 hours and that is so convenience for me, anyways today I received my refund from owner. Thank you. I am a true local I love Colorado. read more

Pros: actually in Breckenridge so you don't have to drive, machines are decently sized and quick. Cons: this business is definitely an afterthought, as other reviewers have pointed out. the soap vending machine frequently breaks, various things are in disrepair, and remedy for problems is hard to get. The contracted management wants to spend as little time on the property as possible so they will not respond to complaints with false promises. the only way to get a refund on malfunctioning machines is to file with better business bureau to get any attention directly from the owners and even then they will claim that you are crazy and didn't actually have a problem. overall, my recommendation is to just take the time to drive to Frisco. read more

We had an excellent experience using the washing machines at the Breck laundromat. Several washers and dryers were open and available. The machines and the premises were clean and tidy. Very convenient that we could use a credit card for the machines. read more

The owners treat this place like a private cleaning service which it is not. They have up to ten workers at a time taking up most of the washers and dryers. There are lots of laundry bags full and over the laundromat that make it difficult to move around. This is because they run a commercial business in a small public laundromat. The small wash is $4.50 and the large is $6. This is ridiculous and the owners don't seam to care no matter how many complaints they get. read more

I live in town and have used this laundromat several times this ski season. Luckily, there has never been a super long wait, but there definitely are many cleaning and laundry companies that use the facilities on a regular basis and take up lots of machines. The machines appear to be modern, but some of them have been out of order when I have visited. I called the "please call if there are problems" number twice and no one ever answered. The place feels generally like the owners treat it as an afterthought. For example, the floors could be swept during business hours, the bathroom wall replaced (sheet rock cracked), and one of the metal waiting chairs is bent. Many small things add up and I would go elsewhere if there were any other options in town. read more

I was there this morning. Exactly what the other two reviews said is correct. It's a commercial operation in a small space. Three size washers, small $4.50, med ?, large $13.75. Change machine is shut off, so you have get change from the non English speaking guy on site. I said no way to $13.75. I only had one king mattress pad to wash. I headed to Frisco. $5 for large wash, $4 for med, $3 for small. I would recommend the Frisco laundromat. read more

Due to previous reviews, I was reluctant to visit this facility. Pleasantly surprised!! It appears these folks those old reviews to heart. The equipment has all been updated and I could even use my credit card. Would def recommend! read more

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! I have gone on 4 different occasions because this is the ONLY laundromat in Breckenridge and my apartment does not have the luxury of its own washer/dryer. Every time I have gone- all different days of the week- the place was taken over by a group of people doing laundry for a hotel or other accommodation- all white sheets and towels, and I mean an entire econo-van packed to the ceiling full of bags of sheets and towels! This place is not cheap to begin with, so I try to use the large washers to get the most amount of laundry done for the best price, but they are always being used for HOURS and then when I do use the small machines (I have to use 4 to get the job done!) there are never any dryers available because they are all being used as well! I have tried to contact the person who owns or manages this place but have not been able to contact anyone to complain about this nuisance. These people should not be using the ONLY local laundromat to do an entire hotel's-worth of linens!!!!! I now have to make the trip all the way to Frisco and hope that the laundromat there is not full after driving all that way. THIS SUCKS read more
