A couple days later, my fan in the heat pump stopped working. He came over the same day, did some tests, left came back with a manual for the unit, which he gave me, did some more tests and spoke with his parts distributor and then ordered some parts. He came back the next day, did some more tests and determined it was the motor. He replaced the motor and only charged me the labor to replace the motor plus the part.
