Procell is a newer technology and experts (and clients) are saying that it's producing better results than Microneedling with PRP aka The Vampire Facial. Increasing collagen, decreasing lines, minimizing pores and lifting skin is what it's known to do. I'm all about PREVENTION so I went in and had my first of 3 treatments. This is unprofessional; how dare you charge a client knowing you burned/over process their eyebrows. Amanda didn't even do a skin test to make sure the chemicals she uses won't burn my skin, which I know professionals do all the time oh and she didn't even do a questioner. Please don't come here. Instead of owing towards her mistake Amanda accuse the client for her mistakes. Thanks to Amanda my eyebrow are black crusty and my skin was burned.
