I read their rental policy and it clearly states all renters must be 18 or older to rent the jet skis. Because I am 20 years old it was important to me to make sure i could rent the jet ski. I even told the man on the phone I was 20 years old yesterday. When I showed up today 30 minutes early the same man I talked to on the phone was helping another group and told us "You're thirty minutes early, you'll have to wait" I said that's fine and waited. He then showed up and said we would need proof of insurance on our truck and the ID of who was renting the jet ski. I provided this and he said I had to be 21 to rent the jet ski. So I wasted an hour of time when I could have been on my boat out on the lake. Very unhappy with the service here and would not recommend renting because obviously they don't follow their own policy. Reply to owners reply: that's besides the point update your rental policy and don't accuse potential costumers of lying. I had no reason to lie to you I gave you my id expecting there to be no issues. You've been rude throughout the experience as well. If you are considering renting from this company look at the other reviews where these guys lied and scammed costumers!

I legitimately scratched the jet ski I know it was me, but because it was easily repairable he didn't charge me a penny for it and charged me fair honest price for the gas. Plus the rental price is a great deal to check out an awesome lake!! His jet skis are also top notch, I have my own Honda F-12x back at home and was very impressed with his jet skis had a lot of fun :)

They are very organized in this sense. Just don't make one of them mad. That's all I'm going to say. Otherwise, here are some simple but important suggestions I quickly learned: Three rules!!! STAY AWAY FROM THE DOCK! STAY AWAY FROM THE DOCK! STAY AWAY FROM THE DOCK! (I bet they make more money for paint chips on the Waverunners than for the rental itself! lol Trust me, they have my "paint chip" money!)
