My initial review was 5 stars. They were great to work with and got my car fixed quickly and did a…read moregreat job. But there was one trim piece that hadn't come in when I picked up my car. They assured us they would let us know when it arrived and schedule a time to have it installed. That has been several months ago. We have contacted them no less than a dozen times about it. There was always some issue -- didn't come in, wrong part came in, reordering from Amazon...and every time they promised they would call us right back with an update. We might have gotten one call back during this whole process. We finally gave up on them and ordered the piece ourselves and had it in 2 days. Because of this, my final experience was 0 stars. So I am splitting the difference and rating them 2 stars. I really hate doing this, because they were so pleasant to deal with, but the follow-up was ridiculous. No one ever did what they said they would do. It was truly disappointing. We had to call over and over again...we were always apologized to and promised that someone would be right back with us. Never happened.

My teenage daughter had a minor accident and Wren's Body Shop went over and beyond to repair the…read moredamage. It was completed in a timely manner and looked liked nothing ever happened to the car. There was absolutely no sign of any repairs. Her father and I were extremely pleased with the work done. We will definitely use them again in the future if needed.
