Next purchases the most expensive service available and during the work , I hear banging and then several people standing around. Apparently, they couldn't get the oil filter off, and didn't have the right tool to do so. They offered to try something with no guarantee and when asked what would happen if it didn't work, I was informed that they'd have the truck towed at my expense. This will take more money, time and frustration. Pat failed to address that I asked him to quote the job prior to work being done, and instead he completed the work and then demanded what I felt was overcharging based on the scope of work. This is not how to professionally conduct one self. Mistakes happen, but the lack of communication and me having to discover his shoddy work later is the issue. The money is not the issue, but the approach he took is unethical. If you are okay with a mechanic that's untrustworthy, unreliable, unprofessional and takes zero accountability, this is the mechanic for you! If you choose to use this business you have been warned. I recommend having a backup professional to fix this guy's mistakes, and then plan on paying for work more than once. Like I stated earlier, mistakes happen, it's unfortunate this guy has no intention of learning from them. Communication is key. Don't cover up your mistakes and not take ownership. It makes you look bad. I do not recommend using this mechanic. I asked for a quote to remove locking lugs nuts on my wife's Kia, and after completing the job Patt told me the price which I thought sounded too high and was expecting to get a quote prior to the work being done, not after. I explained that I had no idea it was going to cost that much and he knocked $100 off the price. Later I discovered that Pat and another young man that works for him, had cross threaded 3 wheel studs on 2 different wheels. Given the time, money and frustration I would recommend saving your hard earned money and contacting a professional mechanic. I understand mistakes happen, but the lack of integrity and poor communication are just bad business. Lesson learned on my end. I will never trust this guy to touch another vehicle again.

The representative came to the car and asked how I was doing, offered water while I waited and was very friendly! My service tech was Chris and he was fantastic and efficient. He explained what was needed and inquired if I had any discounts, etc. My second tech was Jeremy and he was so friendly and directed me into the space above the bay. The entire crew working all 3 bays were outgoing and working diligently to get us through and on our way yet personable and knowledgeable. Finally the manager Jacob came over to see how my experience went and let me know they appreciated my business!
