The Massage Naturally studio is home to multiple therapists in a convenient location with ample parking. The studio itself is exceptionally well designed and offers a calm, soothing, relaxing place for healing therapy. Bonus: If you're feeling hungry/thirsty after your massage, there's even a few great pubs nearby! Since we were new clients, the massage was supposed to be $10 off. That means the total should have been $169 plus a 20% tip ($33.80), which equals $202.80. Instead, they charged my card $214.00. The manager, Wendy, knew my husband was a new client because (1) he had never been there before, and (2) I had called ahead to confirm the new client discount and asked about the $10 off. Despite that, she charged the full amount plus the tip and never applied the discount. Wendy only refunded me after I posted this review--and even then, she called and texted my husband asking that I remove it multiple times, continuing to harass us even after I told her I would take the review down. I do believe this was stealing. Wendy is the manager and should know how to correctly process a new client discount. Instead, she knowingly charged my card more than authorized, including a 20% fee I never signed paperwork for or agreed to. I wasn't even present at the time, so the only authorization she had from me was for the $169 new client rate. Being pressured for two days straight to delete a review after money was wrongly taken from my account is unprofessional, unethical, and unacceptable.

Horrible customer service, being rushed out, etc. I scheduled a 90 minute massage for my birthday that wasn't even the full 90 minutes. Thank god because I was in complete pain. My lady (was 200+ lbs I'm 117 lbs) completely straddled me and her whole body on was on top of me, her knees were literally in my back. My body was left full of bruises and full body rash. I went in the next day to ask for a refund and they refused to give me credit back or cash. I asked for the managers name, they said to contact the police for any information regarding names. Her name was Joanne, and made me talk to her boss over FaceTime while he yelled at me to call the police because they're not going to do anything. Their licenses are also expired (pictures taken 03/23/2021). Please save yourself and go to hand and stone or anywhere else.
