Today was the first time where I've ever said "ouch", and I wax frequently and often. I literally said "ouch" out loud several times, and my wax specialist never acknowledged my pain or apologized, just kept yanking! She also never gave me a heads up before she was going to pull the strip, which other specialists always do. She really did not seem to want to be there, and was extremely dismissive. I've made note of her name, and will not return to her as a waxer. Again, I usually have a great experience, with waxers, such as Hailie, but the negative experience I had today weighs my overall rating to a 3.

To top it off, at the end of the massage I was handed a dry towel to wipe the massage oil off myself, which felt unusual and took away from what should have been a relaxing experience.
