Customer service was on par, the only thing is their work is good not very good. I had a simple pedi with polish, came home and saw she couldn't even cut my toe nail even. My other friends got their nails done with acrylic and they didn't do a very good job on the clean up or was very even, the french tip was a little off. I think for the price, I would go somewhere else. read more

It has taken me a really long time to find a good nail tech and with Michael not being there anymore I'm a little hesitant to try someone new. I went here with my friends and we all got acrylic nail sets. I got a simple flower design and one of my friends got French tips with an added design. My nail tech was very aggressive with my hands and seemed to be rushing through the process. This resulted in him nicking me three separate times, all times drawing blood. Although he apologized each time, it was still uncomfortable and painful. Not to mention that I was charged about $80 for a dotted flower design while my friend with not only longer nails and a design was only charged around $70. While the designs are nice I would not come back here again, it was not worth the pain or the price. read more

Unfortunately this last time I went it wasn't as good as the last few times, I went in with my sisters to get many and pedicures and the lady that did mine cut me 3 times I was still bleeding in my car from one of the cuts. I'm currently pregnant so any chance of infection is scary. read more

Great little place that's run by Lisa and her husband Bryan (he goes by Kobe). There's only 2 people working even though there's enough space for a team of at least 4-5. Since there's only 2 of them, I recommend making an appointment as I've been there a few times where walk ins have been turned away. I've been getting my nails done for over 25 years and this place does a nice job. I get acrylic fills and pedicure for about $90 with tip. This last time I got the cat eyes gel polish which has this really cool mood changing look with vibrant colors and glossy finish. They are very meticulous and nails last 2-3 weeks easily! read more

Pay total with my sister was over $200 ... disappointed After read the owner responses: I do have a proof of receipt that our service was over $200 and a picture of the date that my nails started to peeled off, not even 5 days after it done. We also didn't want it to fix for FREE and we NEVER said that either over the phone or at your shop. You should have asked your clients on the phone what's kind of service they want to refill, dip or gel etc so they know if it's possible or not. Instead of rushing and saying "just come just come" and when customers show up everyone in the shop looking at us like we did something wrong, all because you did not communicate clearly and informatively. read more

Went to get french tip manicure yesterday. The lady did them very uneven and she didn't even check if they were even. I had to tell her many times that one nail was thicker than the other. She rolled her eyes, and i understand it is frustrating. But I'm the one paying a lot of money to get my nails done. The polish didn't even last 12 hours and started to wear off. Michael is amazing!! I love that he takes his time and is gentle. You can tell he is passionate and really cares. I always love how my nails turn out. My pedicure was also very enjoyable! The shop itself is super cute. It is small and cozy but they have plenty of nail colors and specialize in powder. Relaxing music, plenty of parking, what more do you need? Hana is also great with design, I haven't had my nails done by her personally but the girl next to me asked for a complicated design and Hana nailed it (pun intended). I also overheard Mimi is really good as well. So I guess you can say this salon has many talented technicians and you'll be in good hands with whoever takes care of you. read more

Today, i went back because my daughter got her nails here and was hoping my experience would be better. Walked in after my daughter had finished her nails, and the lady was giving me dirty looks like, "Do you have an appointment?"After sitting there waiting for 5 minutes. Im like, yes, i do, and my daughter scheduled it. She leaves to go to work and wait for another 10 minutes. Im like, okay, if it's gonna be a while, can i go feed my baby. Out comes the guy who messed my feet up last time. Well, at least this time, he did a better job and finally trimmed my corners of my toe nails. Still cut my cuticle blood all over. Then, I barely scrubs my feet. I kept yanking my legs around, and im in pain all over my legs, I'm handicapped. I just let him finish. He paints my nails so ugly. Looks nothing like the color in gel i picked out. This time, there is no second chance. My toes look like garbage, and i have cuts all over, so im in extra pain. Well, it's a $50 pedicure and a tip. Just have the worst luck with pedicures in Napa. Last time, my daughter had to have a whole hand redone by someone else because of how bad it looked and didn't match her other hand. When she was done they tried to charge her 110 for olain nails. Then, my daughter pulled up the text where the nail tech had told her $80 from the picture of the same design. It's just plain sloppy, lazy, and trying to overcharge. read more

I used to love this salon and I really wanted to like the new owners but every time I've come here my experience has gotten worse and worse. When Linda and Kobe owned it the service was excellent. This last time was it for me, the girl used cold water during my pedicure and manicure. I also saw them reusing the nail tools which is disgusting and unhygienic. read more

This is a hidden treasure. Lisa and Bryan a husband and wife team are extremely personable and provide excellent services. They have good suggestions once you tell them the services you want and the color your trying to find. Good color selection noted. We had mani pedis and they were spot on. They do not rush and have good conversation with you. The Message was the best I have ever had. Their Establishment is was very clean. They use quality products and their prices are very reasonable. We drove from the Bay Area 1hr 15min to use a gift certificate I was given 12/19. As many of us I tend not to use gift certificates or gift cards I am given. They tend to get lost in the shuffle of life. So Jan 2022 I collected them all and have been issuing them. I noticed there was an expiration date on Allures GC which my understanding is there is not supposed to be. When I showed Bryan and Lisa my certificate they said the business had been sold in 2019 and the previous owners had sold a lot of certificates when they clearly knew the business was Being sold and they would not be honored. Bryan showed me their certificates which were clearly different and even commented that there should not be an expiration date on them. I was hoping they would honor it but they would not. I asked they talk to the current owner about this. Even a $10.00 credit would have been acceptable to me, especially since we drove so far. To my understanding of the story told To me Allure was Sold in 2019 so the GC would not have been honored in Jan 2020. Maybe the owner will read this review and have a reasonable resolution for me. Or direct me to a current shop of the previous owner. Any resolution Would be much appreciated. Either way we will be back. This is an excellent Nail Salon. See you soon read more

The shop is very dirty and needs a deep cleaning to get rid of all the dirt and grime. You can tell it's been a long time since anyone cared about the way the shop looks.
