Not soupy but thick. I now watch salt levels closely. So this was kind of salty, two years ago I would have loved it. I also think my Choi is the best, but doubt others would like it :). The chili came with a hush puppy. It was a 8/10. I normally don't like hush puppies. My waitress was very nice an attentive. The location would fit right in Collierville or Germantown. I arrived at the height of the busy time and while waiting to be seated was told by several locals that I had made a very good choice. They recommended the Sirloin for Two, I was alone, but got it anyway due to several additional recommendations. Hey, it became THREE steak dinners and they were GREAT! The owner came by and spoke to me, asked how I had located his business, I told him of the restaurant that had given me my dinner options and spoke so highly of his establishment. Unlimited, well stocked salad bar, not just lettuce but interesting and unusual items. Spiced pickles? Yum! I was too full for dessert but others nearby said all desserts are made ON SITE!
