Spoke with Katherine she got us a policy and we canceled 28 minutes later. She advised us we would get refund my husband with 7 to 10 business. She made a mistake and didn't cancel and went to insurance company directly unfortunately they can backdate and give our money back without Katherine admitting her error. Unfortunately she now will not answer our calls or the insurance companies calls. Hoping he manager will right this wrong but she didn't answer the call from insurance company either so not crossing our fingers. Worst customer service I've ever!!! read more

I would send messages about finding better insurance and there would be no response but they sure did respond when I let the payment lapse and find someone else that had better customer service. First time coming here and the service was great! Came here for help with my tax return and they were very helpful and patient since I came here with A LOT of questions. We were helped by Julio, who was kind enough to explain the process, as well as giving us a bit more insight in regards to the new COVID relief bill. Before coming in they let us know what documents were needed which saved all of us a lot of time. They do not overbook clients coming in which is great especially with the pandemic going out. Wearing face masks is highly enforced and the all the waiting chairs are kept 6 feet apart. Highly recommend coming here! read more

HORRIBLE customer service. I show up for my 2pm appointment with Julio and he isnt there. The ladys there can't contact him or get a hold of him i finally call him around 2:10pm and he said he would be there in 10 minutes which was ok i understand when people run a little late. Its way past 10 minutes and he finally shows up goes straight to the back to flirt with his female co-workers while I wait for his near 1 hour appearance. Doesn't even care about the situation that I've been in waiting about an hour. So i get up from waiting and leaves then finally runs out and tries to stop me from leave but i told him "im not going to waste my money on people who are wasting my time". He goes back in and texts me some lame excuse my little sister would make up which i will post the screenshot of i didnt even reply to him for what? Waste more time replying to him? Lol stay away from here and the lady's are even worse taking priority to customers they personally know over people that had been waiting longer than thier friends. Another lady had a bad experience while I was there. The big lady at the front took priority over some guy that was there for a shorter time than a lady that came way before him. The patient lady had to intervene the situation and the patient lady got her way but it was till she told the big lady that she was there way before him then the guy sat down and she was taken care of while the big lady was giving the patient lady attitude and making smart remarks as she walked out. All very unprofessional. STAY away from bere dont waste your time or money they don't care about thier people they just want your cash. Lesson learned ! I knew a bind isnt that much. And they tried to tell me that's what DMV charges. Also it took them 2 days to tell me it cost $600. And that it was going to take 3-4 days to receive it BS! This place sucks. I had a car insurance issue that could have been easily fixed by paying a fee to them paid through Brenda's insurance services and I paid them but they never signed proper documentation and I never even knew about it. they informed me it was taken care of but all they did was take my money! My car insurance never received the money at all. I luckily called my car insurance to find out why my online profile wasn't active and I discovered this... when I called Brenda's about this they put me on hold forever and said we did our part and will have to call you back...so now I'm screwed with no car insurance and have work in a couple hours... not to mention the woman was extremely rude. read more

Horrible services I paid over the phone and the representative she told me that my brother insurance was under my car ( in other words he paid for my car to be insured ) how was that even possible since my car and his car are seprate cars my brother was driving his car without insurance when all this time he was thinking he was insured there no mistake that he would get my info them my info instead i mean clearly all his information has his name on it i even brought the right car registration there was no way he would go my car and pick up my information who does that? and besides since I left to Japan for 3 months and the point is I had to wait they told me they would fix the error and it took forever with every call I made there was always an excuse that they can't do it and that They have other customers that just showed up but if I paid them already doesn't that make me a customer ??? I expected them to work with me over the phone since they demanded payment over the phone they promise they would call several times no calls I had to call they said they were "extremely busy" but that wasn't true I walked in today and they were not busy they had 2 customers only and 2 other reps were available and the lady I worked with had poor English this isn't the service it's horrible don't go here!!!!
