Unprofessional not recommend! I asked them to enroll in Covered California plans and they said I was not qualified to enroll because my husband and I didn't apply for the tax together. I asked Another agent， and they said it was ok As long as I was the head of the house so I enrolled somewhere else. I let them cancel my policy but they ended up canceling both my daughter's and my policy. My daughter has no insurance Now!! I went to the office they couldn't explain what was going on. These folks are always very straightforward and no-nonsense, I love it. I've been using them as the agents for car and home insurance for years now and never had an issue. They can answer most questions for you, but more complex inquiries (e.g. in my case, details regarding home insurance and the logistics of the response team the insurance company contracts to during a wildfire event) require you to contact the insurance company directly. Also really helpful if you understand and speak Mandarin too, but I've never had any problems with their English communication. Masks are still required inside, as of writing. Also got some free COVID-19 home test kits and hand sanitizer during my last visit, as a thank-you gift. read more
