Last year I looked up Barranca Insurance services for my new home mortgage insurance and found great reviews. So I decided to go with them. However, 6 months later I received an email from this office requesting that I submit pictures and receipts as proof of the improvements. Then I was told if I didn't make any improvements to my home I had to hire a licensed inspector to provide them with a report for the (condition of the home). If I did not provide a report, Mercury would not renew my policy. The house I purchased did not need any improvements as the house was well maintained and had plenty of upgrades. The agents were not very helpful with providing information, all they could tell me is that the request came from Mercury. I was forced to shop around and I went with AAA insurance and I saved 600.00. The agent at AAA was very helpful and returned my calls almost immediately. read more

You don't take money from people then fill them in on details later. I made no agreements because The agent gave me incorrect information about the coverage and could not answer the questions I had. I called another employee there and she said they did not take out the money. The next day I went in and she informed me you did take the money out of my account.
