three words that best describes Adriana's insurance services... deceiveful, greed, assault. as of…read morejan,2026 i was a loyal customer staring in 1996 to 2026 for 30 years. i had to put up with all the lying from Adriana's managers, insurance agents, aswell as Adriana's H.R. employee's at the La Puente, Ontario, ranch Cucamonga locations. for all who waited on me when I had issues, questions, and concerns it was not about me. it was all about there greed of money. also trying to contact Adriana's employee's by phone is so difficult. I feared going to thier office locations when I think back in 2012 when Adriana's Insurance services lost a lawsuit to a 73 year old man who was physically assaulted by an employee from Adriana's Insurance company. after Adriana's company agreed to settle in june 2014. the old man's attorney was expected to receive a check. instead Adriana's Insurance services. Adriana sent 8 of her employees to the attorney's front office in a van to deliver a number of 5 gallon bucket containers filled with quarters, dimes, nickels. and then just left. also to make matters worse Adriana's Insurance services was aware that the 73 year old man in question had just had surgery for a Hernia repair. making it impossible for the 73 year old man to carry all the coins in buckets. this is how Adriana's Insurance services values her customers. because i see the good in people i still give Adriana's Insurance company 5 star rating

The paperwork is claiming I only paid $304.38 sooo what happened to the remaining $325.62?!?!? I was NEVER told about a broker fee! I was explained the full amount was for the down and first month yet my paperwork shows I only paid $304?!! Can I have someone explain where the rest of my money went?!? Seems like stealing from your clients is the business you're running.

Kcal insurance not only emails me to remind me. Their agent also calls me on the phone to remind me. 2. They are fast and efficient getting quotes to me on my properties. They carry a variety of the insurance companies and their pricing is very competitive. The larger the insurance agent, the more companies they are able to represent. 3. Kcal Insurance has the local feel with the national system. When I need help, I don't need to rely on having to wait for your agent to call Your back. They have a customer service phone number; every time I call a helpful representative always helps me right away. 4. When I called their phone number today an AI agent answered me in Chinese. Of course I didn't have good attitude with an AI agent and demanding to speak with a real person. The AI kindly asked what I needed, I answered it impatiently. To my surprise, the AI agent completely understood what I requested and repeated what I wanted and told me what I requested did require an actual agent and would transfer me right away. Wow. I was blown away by the Chinese AI Agent. It understood me and did not waste my time.

I was informed and advised that renovations and closing cost could be written off as long as you have proof of payment. Unfortunately not according to the IRS. I provided the IRS with receipt proof and bank stammers of all the renovations that were done and now I owe them a total of $1,461.18 You know what's even funnier I didn't even get that much money back when I filed my taxes and now I owe the IRS money. I'm very lucky to have enough money saved up for emergencies like this but not everyone does especially with the pandemic and the world in shambles. Lesson learned I'll be filing with someone else.
