This has been one of the worst dealership experiences I've had. We were referred to this dealership by Kelley Blue Book when looking to sell our 2009 Nissan Murano. Viktoryah initially contacted me and scheduled the visit. I had mentioned to her that KBB asked me to take photos of the vehicle using their app, and I offered to do so and send them in advance--clearly showing the peeling paint, scratches, and other cosmetic imperfections. My intention was to be fully transparent so we could determine ahead of time whether the dealership would even be interested, potentially saving us an unnecessary trip. She told me that wouldn't be necessary since we'd be coming in person. When we arrived, Vince greeted us and said a manager would inspect the vehicle. We were told (by Viktoryah) that the process would take about 20 minutes, but it ended up taking nearly 50 minutes. Viktoryah had also mentioned that after the inspection, they would make a "competitive cash offer" that we could accept on the spot. At no point was it communicated that the vehicle could simply be deemed ineligible. After waiting almost an hour, the manager came over, did not introduce himself, and simply stated that the vehicle was "ineligible." That was it--no explanation, no discussion. Had they reviewed the photos I initially offered to send, this outcome could have been anticipated, saving us time and effort. Additionally, there was no attempt to explore alternatives, such as a trade-in option, in case we were interested in purchasing another vehicle. To be clear, my frustration is not about them declining to purchase the vehicle. It's about the lack of transparency and the time wasted due to poor communication and unclear expectations. Don't go by older reviews. This dealership was acquired by new ownership in the past year. They are very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I've never been to an auto dealership with nicer, more professional people. You will not be disappointed - Check out their Google reviews. read more

Found a vehicle I was interested in, discussed with salesman numerous times. He was aware I would be driving an hour and paying tolls. (And my husband was leaving work to meet me there) When we arrived the vehicle I wanted to purchase had a deposit on it. He claimed to have tried to reach me but I had no missed calls voicemails emails or text messages. He surely got a hold of me when he was looking for the sale. I wasted two hours, gas, tolls and had my car washed prior to planning the trade in. They've lost my business. read more

The sales team at Breneman Ford is, without a doubt, the worst I have ever encountered in my dealings with car dealerships. Their inflated egos seem to overshadow the entire building, making the entire buying experience incredibly unpleasant. Because of this, I would strongly advise anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to consider going to Springfield Ford or Fred Beans; these dealerships are known for their ability to negotiate fair deals and provide a stress-free customer experience, which is a stark contrast to the chaotic environment I encountered at Breneman Ford. Worst Ford Dealership ever... Sell you a load of B's to get the sell... Hezekiah Bard, the finance manager is nothing more than a snake in the grass... My husband & I purchased a 23 MachE... Added a home charger bc the included charger tks almost 2days to charge... Idk abt u, but I nd my vehicle to run more often than every 48hrs... Purchased the vehicle bk in Oct 25, installation appointment was Nov 25... it never worked.... they charged us almost 3k for a discontinued charger, it's not comparable w/ any phone newer than Galaxy 16... I believe I had that phone during COVID .. how are they selling new cars & services that are discontinued.. the contractor they hired to do the installation apparently hadn't bn paid by the dealership. They sent us the invoice. The poor customer service, lack of follow thru... constantly passing the buck... Now, Mar 26... charger still don't work... it's costing abt 40$ per charge.. 2x wk. home charger tks almost 48hrs to completely change... I am unavailable to drive this car daily.. the finance manager Hezekiah Bard, is a disgrace to the Ford Company name.. Do not buy from this dealership, they lack integrity... Instead go to Springfield Ford or really any other Ford dealership... They use to be Murphy Ford... I guess they figured they cld scam ppl under a new name.. if I cld rate zero, I wld read more

Don't go by reviews here, go look at Google - we, and many others, have nothing but great things to say about this dealership. The owner is so nice, and so is the rest of the team. We found exactly what we wanted at a fair price, I've never had such a smooth experience purchasing a vehicle. read more

We had an outstanding experience dealing oth Zach Evans and the sales staff. It was the first time EVER that there with zero anxiety and getting the vehicle we wanted at the price we were willing to pay. They are more concerned with the customer's buying experience as opposed to the bottom line.
