It was the absolute American dream: a family run business that did well, bought another shop, did well, and now runs 10 shops! The office was clean & comfortable. Overall, the experience was topnotch. Now, I budgeted for this repair, small as it was, but as I went to pay, Andy said I didn't owe him anything! But I do!! It must be 10 times I've tried to find out about the status of my car inspection, and they never respond to let me know. I think I'll have to go elsewhere even though I love the location. But first I would appreciate getting the inspection sticker. Hopefully I won't have to call 10 more times to finally get some type of response.
