Service scheduled and updates maintained by the office. Call received the morning of service. Aeian, Zack and Mike arrived and promptly set to work. Work was performed from the exterior with piers set at designated locations. Jacks raised and stabilized the footing and slab. Work area was clean and returned to satisfactory condition. We are new to the area and so I actually read reviews to determine who I wanted to check on our foundation and moisture issues. Anthony did not try to sell us something we did not need. The work that was done recently was 100% better than the first time. We were informed that they had had issues with the crew who did the work the first time and were dealt with. They fixed the work free of charge and the crew that was here did a good job and was very nice throughout the process. I appreciate that the owner took our position into consideration and did the right thing. As a business owner he could have taken advantage of us like some business owners have done us in the past because we are a younger couple but he was nice enough to want his work to be done correctly.
