    In this office, informed customer service is a lost art,…read more Allow me to express my utter and total dissatisfaction with the way Ithat this has been handled by the billing department and the tone of the communication from your office, specifically, anyone other than Sandy. The difference between the intent of the fact-finding and the impact of the accusatory tone of the "office to client" communication has left me with little trust in the service part of customer service. We are well aware of all that transpired between October and January. There was a lag between the license plate being turned in and the notification to your office. We had no problem paying the difference due to that error on our part. Owned and accounted for by the customer with no tone, no complaint. However, it is brought up as the reason for all the issues. I am still confused as to the system failure that a simple addition caused after the change was resolved. However, the billing department's lack of oversight and accountability has not, nor will it be, owned by anyone other than the customer. I called in good faith this week due to a text message about a past due balance. After several conversations and more patronizing and repetitive information, the resolution is that the money was "FOUND" and we are back on track. This has caused undue and unnecessary stress on a customer whose error was to add a car to the policy, which complicates the system. It would appear that the system would appreciate the business, but that is not the case. I do not need another patronizing lesson on how the system does not work. I would appreciate due diligence and investigation prior to the blame game, of how the change of adding one car has completely crashed the billing system to such an extent that several systems are misaligned. Now I am just a public school teacher and not a multi-billion-dollar industry, but I cannot imagine that this is good for business.
