He had issues with it and took it back several times to get it fixed for several different issues. Not only did he charge to fix it but everything he said they fixed was not fixed at all. Was told he got a new ac compressor and lines put in so the ac would work and guess what that quit working. We told them the back tires were wearing out on the outside edge and that it needed an alignment and new tires. so he did put new tires on the back and said he did an alignment and wouldn't you know it happened again a few months later so that means he didn't do an alignment at all and charged him for it. And the reason he took it to him was bc it's AWD and it being so bad out of alignment when it goes over snow only the car feels like it's a damn boat on the water so it was very dangerous. And again remember this is a 16 year old kid that was supposed to be very close to them. I've seen the shady work they do on cars. Even putting an oil change sticker on and the oil wasn't even changed. We will never ever trust them again. Scam artists

Came here in relative crisis one day in subzero temperatures. I was in route to chicago (about 2…read morehours from my destination) when my check engine light went on. Stumbled upon this place because they were right by where I was coming through. Definitely picked the right place! They could not have been friendlier. I told them the situation and they took me right away. The communicated what they thought was the issue and told me the best and worst case scenarios based on what they saw. Came back quickly to confirm good news but also recommend specific follow up maintenance when I got home. They worked very quickly communicating with me the whole time and I was safely back on the road in under an hour. So reasonable and efficient.

They came to help a second time, no charge, but the battery just wouldn't hold a charge. They had to pull it up on their flatbed wrecker truck to get it back to the shop and me without towing insurance! Long story short, all it needed was a new battery! The two mechanics who helped me were very professional and nice and the owner himself drove me back to my apartment, then returned to pick me up when it was done. I was honest with him in the beginning, letting him know I was strapped for cash and he gave me such a great deal which fit in my budget and a break on the labor and towing. I know that old car won't last forever, but it made my day that they got it running again. Would definitely recommend this business and return to Riteway Automotive (Sheboygan) if I need more car repairs in the future!

The situation is laughable from the towing company and the police. They work with Elkhart police dept to make money on event days. I demand that i will not be paying this ridiculous fee for towing when I got no call, and the street parking was not stapled to trees until the morning of.
