Dr. Scott started off with some jokes why was this important? I was NERVOUS. The jokes helped. Next, he did the most important part (something the other dentist refused to do)... HE LISTENED TO ME. He was kind and he took my pain seriously. He did another root canal and as root canals go, this wasn't as painful as I had braced myself for. When the procedure was finished, I was escorted to the door like I mattered and then, after a few days, a key staff member named, Rita called and checked on me. She didn't act like it was her job or that calling me was a hassle. Rita wanted to know my level of pain (I was doing great) and asked if I needed any further help. I know that no one wants a root canal but, if you have to have one... you might as well go to the specialist the first time. Rita can also give you recommendations on other dentists for cleanings etc (she recommended Dr. Rawley for my needs and I LOVE him too) ---- I know I was a difficult patient. I even cried from my pain and 9 months and counting of frustration and pain caused by another dentist but they were AMAZING - PS - THE ENTIRE FRONT STAFF IS KIND - EVERYONE -

Dr Isler is terrific! Gentle and I have never thought I would say this, but what a gifted doctor. Dr Isler has state of the art equipment and really makes the procedure painless. Yes, there's a slight pinch when the Novocain starts, but Dr Isler has some sort of state-of-the-art equipment that instead of needing more like 5 shots, there is only one! I was instantly out of pain from an abscessed tooth that was just really so unfathomable I could not even sleep for 2 days prior to this procedure. I hate to admit this, but I have had root canal treatment years ago and I remember the past being just a long, painful experience that went on for hours. Well, Dr Isler, some magical way got TWO done in less than 35 minutes!!!! That's insane!!!! Not only that, but I walked away FREE of all the misery I had been in before the procedure[s]. I mentioned to Dr Isler that he must be some kind of brilliant magician to make this such a PLEASANT and PAINLESS experience. The dentist breezed in for one minute and told me they did NOT do this work and they would have to refer me to someone else. He never even looked in my mouth. What? So I get the referral, called the referral dentist, and they don't do the work either. Casto's office just wanted the referral fee and WASTED MY TIME to do it. Never will I go to this office again. I am blasting this all over the internet. People need to know. Really a terrible mean thing to do to people. I will never pay a referral fee to this office. Even my dental insurance rejected their claim. They know.

I called back as soon as I saw the message, but they were closed. I left a message Confirming I would be there in the morning.
