After they finished, they billed EACH of my kids over $300 when our TRICARE DENTAL PLAN should've PAID THIS IN FULL. My honest kids paid their respective bills ($676.18 that I will not be able to get reimbursed). It is my opinion that this association is engaged in DISHONEST PRACTICES and I can only assume all providers in the association give approval to it. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK. Like a lot of people, I never enjoyed going to the dentist (who does, right?), but Dr. Haley somehow made the entire long process of getting fillings, relaxing, seemingly short, and easy. She is so gentle, detailed, kind, and genuine, that I drove over an hour to see her to have some fillings done that I had been putting off because of the pandemic. She is an expert who truly loves helping her patients with their dental health, and it shines through in all that she does. I recommend her for both adults and children, as she is incredibly kind and caring to the tenth power. She uses some of the best BPA-free materials, and has newer technologies like DIAGNOdent to detect cavities accurately, which a lot of other dentists don't have. She also takes ample time for her patients, answers all questions, and never rushes her appointments. Her office also offers patients everything from themed rooms (Star Wars, Space, Music, etc.) herbal tea, blankets, and massage chairs, to Pandora music and ceiling-mounted TVs with Netflix movies with headphones to pass time during dental treatments. Who would have thought going to the dentist for fillings would be on par with a spa day or a mini vacation. The staff is amazing and super kind as well; I could literally hear them smiling over the phone whenever I called to make an appointment. My wife brings over 20 years of experience as an office manager, with a proven track record and multiple awards in both the banking and dental industries. She was actively recruited and encouraged--repeatedly--to join this practice. We have the messages to prove it. Unfortunately, the tone and treatment shifted within weeks of her starting, revealing a pattern of concerning behavior and mismanagement. To be direct: * Despite her extensive experience and reputation for professionalism, she has been accused--without justification--of mistreating patients. This is not only inaccurate, but frankly absurd given her history. * Payroll has been mishandled multiple times. I can personally account for at least five instances where she was paid late. * Payment methods have included informal transfers such as Zelle, raising legitimate concerns about proper payroll practices and tax reporting. * Excuses for late pay, including blaming holidays like Juneteenth, reflect poor planning and a lack of accountability--especially when other small businesses had no issue paying employees on time or even early. At its core, this is a failure of basic business responsibility. Employees work for two fundamental reasons: to be paid, and to be paid on time. When an employer cannot meet that standard, while simultaneously deflecting blame, it speaks volumes about how the business is being run. Based on what I have seen and the documentation available--including communications from multiple staff members--I will be pursuing formal complaints and requesting that this business be reviewed and investigated. There is a significant difference between leadership and control, and this practice clearly does not understand that distinction.
