If you're in Milwaukee and you need clean, safe, fun transportation around the city's nightlife hotspots, I can't recommend Brew City Bus enough. I called Stephen on a Tuesday to arrange a last-minute, surprise bachelor party on that Friday, and he was prompt, affordable, and incredibly communicative. When terrible weather beat us up on flights, he understood and worked with us to get everyone picked up. He was flexible and got us everywhere we wanted to go. Most importantly, though, Stephen singlehandedly SAVED our bachelor party. When I got in the van at 8:54 or so, he asked where our cooler was and when I told him we planned to get booze on the way, he told us--a crew of out-of-towners--about milwaukee's absurd no-booze-after-9pm law. Thanks to his quick thinking, he floored it to the nearby Pick-n-Save and we sprinted through the doors to get our supplies in under two minutes. Crisis averted! I was extremely disappointed with the service I received, or lack of service I received from this company. I booked a party bus months before my wedding. A few weeks before my wedding I emailed to reconfirm and I never received a response back. The Thursday before my wedding my fiance called and didn't get a call back. We tried to reach the company at least 4 times before we got a hold of anyone. The day before my wedding Stephen called and told me that his party bus broke down and that I would have to pay an extra $150 because he could only get a larger bus. This was completely unprofessional, he claimed that he couldn't afford to pay for the bigger bus and also blamed us for contacting him so late (when I tried contacting him for weeks.) I should not have had to pay extra because of a company issue. I understand that things happen but if should be up to the company who claims to provide excellent service to figure out their own problem. This was extremely unprofessional and added more stress the DAY BEFORE my wedding! I just honestly can't believe that a company would do this to someone the day before their wedding. Thankfully I found an amazing company that was more than happy to work with us last minute. read more

We booked Brew City for our wedding a week ago. Steve was more affordable than several other companies we contacted. He was super easy to contact and work with. He was on point during the wedding shuttling people back and forth. Our guests loved him. Thanks Steve for helping to make our wedding amazing! Great customer service, nice clean bus. This company just decided not to show up for a scheduled event on a Saturday evening for a friend's surprise birthday in Milwaukee. Completely unacceptable as a company, and they cashed the check! If you want a reliable service, try Partridge Family who have much better service and better quality buses. Don't run with these jokers. read more

The day of my daughters wedding the party bus we rented the air conditioning was not working . You would think they would check these things out beforehand, it was blowing out hot air. It was a hot day and humid, you would think the driver would notice this! We told the driver and he said it was working we said no its blowing out hot air. Very uncomfortable and really sucked when picture time came and everyones dripping with sweat and clothes all soaked. Talked to Stephen to get some kind of reimbursement, would not and was very rude. cannot recommend , horrible service. very unhappy and its sad that they treat customers like this! read more

Stephen was rock solid for my daughter's wedding. He was there early and made sure everything went perfect from getting the wedding party to the church, getting them around for pictures and to the reception on schedule, and then shuttling wedding attendees to/from the hotels to the reception venue. The night was perfect and I didn't have to worry about transportation. Thanks Steve!! Brew City Bus was awesome and their rates are hard to beat!
