Do not do business with these people…read more A family member asked me to pick up an arch for a wedding and when I arrived to pick it up I was told that I needed to sign the rental agreement for the arch. I explained that I was just the driver and not the actual responsible party for the rental item. They had already paid and had not informed me that I would be signing a lease for wedding arch I was picking up. The sales staff was very rude to me and quite frankly in my opinion they do not have an ethical system of renting out thier items. They bully unsuspecting delivery drivers into signing leases for thier equipment. Here is my story. I was the only one in the family with a truck so naturally I agreed to come pick up the arch for my sister in laws wedding when asked. When I arrived they asked me to sign a lease for the equipment I was picking up. I was not aware I would be the person legally responsible for this several thousand dollar arch. It struck me as very unprofessional and bizarre that they didn't have the party who ordered this item and paid for it sign a lease agreement beforehand and nit the unsuspecting delivery person. If anything the delivery should sign off acknowledging that they have recieved said rental items. Instead the rude and aggressive lady and gentleman at Brookfield Party Rental bullied me into signing. I tried to work something out with them regarding getting the signature from my family member and coming back they very rudely and aggressively told me no that it needs to be the person picking up the item and then told me they were canceling the order when I said I would return back later with thier signature. Of coarse I signed the multiple page fine print leagal document because I didn't want my sister in laws wedding to be ruined. Of which I didn't even have time to read due to thier threats of canceling my sister in laws rental item and unloading it from my truck. They were very rude and have terrible communication and customer service skills. They also are unethical with thier expectation and aproach to getting thier lease documents signed under duress. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. If you do rent from them don't ask someone to go pick up a rental item for you without planning for thier backwards system.

Couple days passed when I found out that the bounce house I thought I had secured was no longer available as I didn't make a deposit on it. All they could do was give me $50 off but I already had a 15% off I was using. So essentially was only given $17 more off from a mistake they made. Will never rent from them again.

As I was inside getting the paperwork the employees attempted to load my truck without me and smashed the ~200lb bouncer through my trucks bed cover. This completely destroyed the aluminum frame of my bed cover and I was unable to even close my tailgate to drive away. When I brought this to the attention of the general manager, I was directed to a sign on the wall that stated "We Are Not Held Liable for Damages".... The general manager had an attitude/ got snippy with me and refused to replace the bed cover they destroyed. These issues and conversations continued over days, I even spoke to the police. ASR still refused to pay the $500 to replace the destroyed bed cover. This is absolutely terrible business practice and I really hoped for more professionalism from a local business. Now I must pay for the damages they caused.

Wisconsin Rental Center horror story:…read more Rented some items from Wisconsin Rental Center for a wedding last weekend (which turned out beautifully, thank you for asking). Upon return of the rental equipment Wisconsin Rental Center accused the bride of using a hot glue gun to repair something on the arch that was rented (because as EVERYONE knows, there is NOTHING a bride likes to do more on her wedding day while she is wearing her long white wedding dress and carrying her ceremonial hot glue gun than to adhere things to an arch!) Wisconsin Rental Center is charging the bride $40 because said a hot glue gun damaged the finish of the arch. (For the record, no hot glue was used on the arch - regardless of the obvious importance that hot glue takes in ALL of our lives). In addition to the false accusations of hot glue chicanery, upon return of the arch the bride was accused of "losing assembly brackets" that never came with the arch to begin with. Armed with the Bride's credit card number, Wisconsin Rental Center now intends to make a $40.00 unauthorized charge to cover an imaginary hot glue atrocity. Needless to say, with all of the high-quality rental centers in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area - this is the one you should AVOID when it comes to your big day or event. Do not learn the hard way - your hot glue gun will thank you for it.
