My son ordered a chicken wrap after the appetizers finally came, and we waited a long time again and finally asked what had happened with the wrap. The waitress said that the order system was having a problem, then it was another 20 minutes before it arrived. Again, no apology from the employee, and I felt hostility because we were complaining about the service. We have been regular customers at this BWW for many years and have never had such a bad experience. The food that was hot tasted fine, as usual, but the attitude of the waitress ruined things for us. I spoke to the manager as well when leaving, and all I heard were excuses for why the food was coming slow, no empathy, no "sorry" that we're having a bad day. If it was my own money I would have gone raging back down the stairs, across the parking lot and straight to the manager. Chicken tenders were also fine, but nothing at all to write home about. They were on the dry side and were mostly breading... true to trend, not a lot of food for the considerable dollars, I was able to walk in, go to the pick up area and leave without checking out with anyone. So there's a possibility of making a mistake and taking the wrong bag, or stealing something you like better (contents of the bag are on the ticket stapled to the outside). That means there's also a chance your bag won't be there when you go in, but you may be better off - and you might get more food for the cost - eating in the restaurant.

Bottom line is he had too many excuses on why it was so slow at getting our food and care less about our cold food.
