I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese and a large iced matcha with oat milk and no sugar. The bagel arrived first. Toasted, with a healthy layer of cream cheese, the bagel went down fast. It could have had more of "everything" on the exterior, but it still hit the spot. My hand-crafted large, iced matcha arrived minutes later. After one sip, I wanted to drink it as if I'd just escaped a desert. This was, without exaggeration, the greatest iced matcha I have ever had. EVER. The barista was thrilled to hear that and I gave her an extra tip. The only reason this wasn't a five-star experience was due to the wait time. There were three cars in the drive-thru and only one barista. A couple stood before me as well. I was about to leave when the couple asked me to order since they couldn't make up their minds. The coffee was great. I got a white chocolate lavender latte, and it was the best coffee I've had purchased in a while. The cashier was friendly and patient while I was picking out my drink. The inside was clean, and I had a nice spot to sit and enjoy my coffee. I was disappointed that there weren't any Frappuccino options, especially since I visited in the summer. There's a rewards program, but it's through Square, not Identity coffee, and setting it up was a bit confusing. I'm still not sure if I signed up. I still think this place is worth a visit. I'm looking forward to trying their seasonal coffee offerings throughout the year.
