Absolutely the BEST place to take the kids! Clean, educational, and diverse activities.

Fun in theory, but the execution and staff, need improvement…read more I came to this trampoline and activity center hoping for an easygoing day with the kids, and while we made the best of it, the experience left a lot to be desired. From the moment we checked in, the energy was off. The front desk staff member who greeted us (blonde hair, long fake nails) didn't make eye contact, barely acknowledged us, and came across as unfriendly and disengaged. In a place designed for kids and families, this kind of first impression matters, and unfortunately, it set the tone. The facility includes a climbing zone, a small café, an arcade, and open space for kids to play. Marlee, who was working at the prize area, was the absolute HIGHLIGHT of our visit. She was warm, upbeat, and engaging with every child who approached her. She truly brought the kind of energy this place should be known for: fun, respectful, and interactive. If every staff member had her approach, this would be a five-star review. She deserves a promotion or at the very least, recognition. That said, the rest of the staff seemed either disinterested or unprepared to manage the space. Kids were sprinting around recklessly, bumping into others and causing minor chaos with no supervision or redirection. Staff members were either too young, too inexperienced, or simply unwilling to intervene. Several arcade machines were broken, without signage, and remained so even after it was brought to staff's attention. Kids were losing tokens repeatedly and having to return to the counter to ask for help, which became frustrating and took away from the fun. This center has potential, but what it really needs is not just updated attractions, but a serious upgrade in staff training, supervision, and customer engagement. A fun place should feel fun, safe, and welcoming--and right now, it's missing the mark.

Never has this ever happened in any other establishment. We also had 2 birthday parties there that both went great! The party hosts are proper hosts, super helpful and attentive. If you are a parent of young kids you know how crucial having that help is. All the staff knows my son by sight and are always welcoming and really tolerant and patient with my AuDHD son who constantly runs into every place he isn't supposed to. We feel like family here. I haven't gone on a hectic day (intentionally) so I can't speak to the rule enforcement on those days, but I can say that I have seen the strictness vary depending on the vibe, age, and amount of kids there. I appreciate this because it's annoying to have to parent other people's older kids around safety if they are being too rowdy around the little ones. They're all still just kids, though! The only improvement they could make is adding a slide or 2, but maybe that is in the future! Who knows! The most important thing to me is the intention and advocacy I have seen in management. Keep it up!

(Parents included) The service and team members were wonderful and friendly. I would highly recommend for your event or just a fun family friendly night out.

So glad we saw the signs this place was amazing it was just what our 2 year olds need to burn off some energy after 2ish hours in the car with many more to go. It was surprisingly large, has so many different rooms with different themes for the kids to explore. Some stuff was clean and well functioning, while other stuff was not. I'm not going to comment on the organization since it was mass chaos when we went. My husband's complaints are that some of the simulators didn't work, it was disorganized, and way too many big kids in the 0-5year old play area that did not have younger siblings and were UNSUPERVISED (specifically a group of preteen girls). My biggest complaint was we went on NYE and expected there to be a limited number of guests. We have visited different children's museums in the USA for the past few years and each one required tickets purchased in advance (and they all became sold out). But not this place. It was uncomfortably crowded and during the time of the ball drop, you couldn't move. We couldn't move even if we wanted to go to another area to play. So during the congregation of guests awaiting the balloon drop, my kids wanted to move around and I tried to hype up the balloon drop instead since we were stuck in place. Once the balloons were released and both children and their parents were savages, I realized my kids wouldn't have a chance of getting a balloon, so we moved on to another exhibit to play and spend some energy. Great! No biggie. Except we went to lunch in the food court shortly after and were disappointed to see families with 3 balloons per kid. My kids didn't cry, or make a scene or anything like that. They just didn't understand why they didn't get one. While we have no intention of going back to Iowa anytime soon, I hope they consider changing their policy to limit the number of guests inside the museum at one time, and consider encouraging families to take one balloon per child. We went to another NYE in the evening that had balloons and they helped entertain my children for the 7 hour drive home the next day.

I had to hunt them down to ask them for the kids each time and they were bickering over who should have to do it, then they gave them only a few jumps before shutting it down. The dodgeball area has a couple of deflated volleyballs and 3 dodgeballs, as if you could play a game with that amount. The arcade games have all been jacked up to ridiculous prices.
