However, when i arrived to pick up the vehicle, I discovered that the part was still missing and had not even been installed. I had already made arrangements to pick up the vehicle based on their confirmation that the repairs were complete, only to find out that it wasn't actually ready. I then had to wait an additional hour while they addressed the situation. After having my vehicle for over a month and paying a substantial amount for the repair, this level of communication, organization, and quality control is completely unacceptable. if a final inspection had actually been performed, this should have been caught before i was told the car was ready. Overall, this was a very frustrating and unsatisfactory experience. I expected much better communication and attention to detail, especially given the amount of time and money involved.
