Not being from the area, I went to the local Chevy dealership and called a number of shops around the area and nobody had availability for 2-3 weeks. My buddy knew Lindley from Just Right Auto and sent me his way. Lindley said he would try to get my vehicle repaired as quickly as possible. Not only was my vehicle repaired faster than anticipated despite his busy schedule, but the price for the repair was beyond fair. Most shops, especially when dealing with transmission issues for a non-local from the other side of the country, would take advantage of the car owner and rake you over the coals. Not only did Lindley do the work as fast as he could, he kept me informed of part shipment delays and charged me THOUSANDS less than I was expecting to pay. He was truly a Godsend! I cannot thank him enough and will be forever in his debt. Just Right was way more than just right, they were exactly what we needed and more than we could have asked for. The knowledge and expertise of the technicians has always impressed me. They work with care and precision and the steps they take are always thorough. Most recently I bought a 28-year old vehicle down South that is structurally in fine condition but had suffered from decades of minimal maintenance. Over this past year an engine issue has been fully resolved and safety-dependent suspension items were diagnosed, discussed fully with me in advance, and professionally repaired. I believe that "you get what you pay for" - there are shops with lower labor rates and fewer equipment to aid the techs. The quality of the work is worth every dollar.
