One constructive comment would be to not charge for fitting of accessories when buying them with a new bike, that way customers would be more likely to buy more accessories at the same time. He took the time to sit down with me and walk through different types of pipe tobacco, blends, leafs, and cuts. Then we got into pipes themselves -- I brought one of mine, and he helped me discover it's an English pipe from the mid-70s made by Comoy, called the Everyday Man Pipe (Canadian shape, model 299). Turns out I've been sitting on a little treasure! I ended up picking up a few different tobaccos, and I'll definitely be back. The shop has a great selection, and the vibe is just as good -- while I was there, they greeted everyone who walked through the door by name. I also met Daryl, another great guy who clearly loves what he does. We called Jeremy to see if he could help us out with removing the cabinets. Jeremy gave us an estimate based on having to remove the cabinets, patch sheetrock, paint, etc. We agreed to the repair. The day came to do the repair, and he showed up on time, wore booties over his shoes into our house, and was so friendly. It turned out that we were able to lift the cabinets slightly and none of the extra work was needed. He quickly adjusted the price accordingly. I appreciate his honesty, dependability, and quality work. I have already recommended him to friends of mine that had the exact same refrigerator/cabinet issue!
