Oddly arranged warehouse landscape product business; seems to be set up for cars to drive through the middle, but had pallets of products in the way. They were actively using a forklift inside. Not much to look at inside - seems more like a store's storage warehouse for employees, not customers - but they have a large variety of products for lawn and tree care, bug problems, rodent issues, etc. Seems a bit pricy vs places like Lowe's or HD, but definitely carry many products you won't find at those stores and seem to have a plethora of knowledge/advice for outdoor lawn and tree care. They have guides for your lawn based on grass type, although the way they are listed isn't exactly spelled out clearly for non-experts (kind of cryptic, maybe intentionally), so be prepared to either go to Possum's for all the products listed or do some internet searching (and likely internet purchasing, or finding similar products elsewhere). The grass guides list several products for every month of the year (except winter), so seems a little overkill unless you're maintaining a professional golf course. None of their products appeared to be priced, so you'll have to ask for everything. If you want any advice on anything having to do with gardening, plants, insecticides, etc., this is the place. You can't go wrong. But, their prices are sky high. Many things can be purchased elsewhere at better prices. Sorry, sad but true. I guess you really pay for the advice. Frank G read more

I asked for a post emergent herbicide for winter grass (Poa annua) but the product that was recommended, and which unfortunately I purchased, is not effective. So my money ($23.99 for 8 ounce) was wasted as well as my time. I realized this after doing some research on the product, but I trusted the professionals to sell me the right product. I am embarrassed that for three+ years and I have not reviewed Possums. This is my MOST FAV store for my landscaping needs. The staff rocks and is super knowledgeable. Their prices are a third of Lowes or Home Depot. They have commercial grade products from fertilizing, bug spray, seed, repellant... Everything for your yard. I have been shopping there for years and it is my slice of heaven. (if you only knew how much I work in my yard!) They test soil and give you a calendar of what to put out when.
