Last week my wife booked Brewhop for an elaborate multi-destination event which included several venue rentals and performers with fixed schedules along the way. The morning of the event was very cold, as predicted by all of the local weather service providers. With several thousand dollars invested in the event and 26 attendees arriving at 1:00pm with the Trolley to arrive at 2:00pm. At 11:59am the morning of the event (2 hours before they are supposed to pick up the 26 guests), Brewhop sent us a text message stating that the trolley won't start and that they would have an update for us in 45 minutes. They also provided the name of a valet service we could call as a backup and noted "were still trying over here LOL". Thirty minutes later, Brewhop texted us stating "its gonna be a no go for the trolley's today" because they couldn't get them started. My wife spent the entire first hour of the big event crying and frantically trying to find any other transportation option for 26 people with less than an hour notice. We were not able to find another transportation provider in the short window and ultimately had to cancel one of the stops and one of the entertainers. When they canceled an hour before the event because of Brewhop's negligence in maintaining their vehicles, Brewhop agreed in a text message that they would refund the full thousand dollars we pre-paid. They subsequently changed their mind on a full refund and are withholding $200 citing the provision of their contract which states that $200 is non-refundable under any circumstances (even if Brew Stop cancels the service with 90-minute notice?). I'm not a fan of negative reviews, but our interaction with this company has been so absurd that I felt it would be irresponsible not to share this. read more

"Not good" is an understatement. I tried to book brewhop trolleys for my wedding... the owner, David, asked for a deposit and then proceeded to ghost me. I attached photos where you can see he read my messages and ignored multiple. Even when I asked if he could just let me know if I need to look for different transportation options. My now-husband is a transportation planner, and when we were looking for wedding shuttle options we knew we didn't want a generic party bus. We stumbled upon Dave and his trolleys and are SO happy we did! We took the wedding party from Denver to Morrison and had a photographer along--I cannot wait for the professional photos because I just know everything is going to look iconic! The cooler and ability to drink some nice brews on the way up was a total bonus. Our bus had one A/C unit out so we had to open the windows. The grandparents hated this, but everyone else loved it. (One of the many, many things I miss about Colorado is the ability to roll down car windows and have the wind cool you off. In DC, the hot, wet air just slaps you in the face and reminds you that you aren't in Colorado anymore, tonto). We knew Dave was going out on a limb and trying something new by agreeing to be our wedding shuttle, and are so grateful he took a chance on us. All of our guests (even the non-transit nerd guests) complimented our shuttle, and it felt just awesome to have our transportation reflect who we are (transit and beer nerds) and really wow our guests. All of our shuttles departed and arrived on time, and we just can't recommend BrewHop highly enough! read more

We used the Brewhop Trolley as transportation for our wedding day and could not recommend it more! Dave and his team were amazing to work with, they were incredibly organized. We had regular calls leading up to the day, and worked through the best timetable together. The trolley showed up perfectly on time at each location, making for a flawless day. The cooler on board and ability to pop some bubbly during the ride was a fan favorite amongst our guests and the trolley was equipped with awesome speakers and an AUX cord to keep the party going. Not to mention that the trolley made for some excellent photos. One of the best surprises was the trolley was all decorated for a wedding when it showed up. So much fun!!! This is an awesome way to check out the local craft breweries. The kids loved it - the breweries have games so there is something for them to do at each spot. Cheers all around here! This was a fun day in Longmont. There was no way we could stop at every brewery in one day and still be standing at the end, so we did some pre-planning. First was Oskar's which had a terrific car show that morning and a fantastic patio to enjoy the beautiful mid August weather and live music too. From there, it becomes a blur for me, but the kids picked some great stops with some great beers. Four or five stops for us and we got food at one of them. There was just enough time at each stop to enjoy a pint or two or a flight before the trolley came back by. One time when we forgot to watch for it, the driver came in and checked on us - thank you! Ice cold bottles of water were free on the trolley to stay hydrated. And the trolley is super cool too. Beautiful brass and wood interior. The driver was friendly and fun. One group we encountered liked to sing golden oldies and we joined in. There is a cooler for your growlers too - the driver is the same person, so don't worry about leaving them till your next pickup. Get your tickets in hand before you start your drinking - there are discount coupons . Only down - it's only available on the weekend. This is a great idea - and the main reason we chose Longmont for our visit this time - which BTW - is a cool place in itself! Enjoy - responsibly! read more

I had a fabulous time! Many great stops along the route makes for a very enjoyable evening without having to worry about driving. Meet many like minded people and have fun! I was amazed at the diversity and quality of products offered at the various tasting rooms in such a small city.
