We were greeted upon entering and waited a bit while Laslow drew up the designs. I went first and got the 3 hearts and watercolor butterfly in about 2 hours. My daughter went second & did the same. My mother in law went last and just got the 3 hearts. Hers took 15 minutes. Laslow was great! Super professional and kept everything clean and sanitized between each of us.
