You cross an amazing little suspension bridge over the Skykomish River, and there stands The River House Cafe. A charming spot that caters to rafters, adventures, and diners alike. The salmon burger was pretty good, but the atmosphere of being surrounded by the Cascades--Mt Index is just a few miles away-- and the rushing Skykomish river just beyond the Cafe's deck was delightful.
