Driving by to North Cascades Park we happened upon Perks. Easy in and out, right off the road with plenty of parking. The interior is cute and clean, with a bit of indoor seating. They have a decent selection of breakfast options, as well as a small selection of pastries. We ordered a breakfast burrito, bacon/egg English muffin sandwich, 2 danishes, a drip coffee, and a latte. The hot food was a bit of a wait, but was handed off fresh and piping hot. The burrito was good, both in taste and size...but the muffin sandwich was the winner, YUM...great flavor with lots of crispy bacon. The coffee is really tasty here and served extra hot, thank goodness. Not the cheapest prices, but we felt it was worth it. Great food and friendly service-highly recommend.

I wanted the triple meat burrito without the tortilla so they made me essentially an omelette pizza.

The food is excellent. The coffee/lattes perfection. It's a small mountain town coffee and breakfast spot that has a nice interior and should not be missed. The girls behind the counter are very nice and accommodating even when busy. Come give them all your business. I've been up here many times to hike and fish and can't believe I'm just now finding them. My son needs you to know their chocolate chip cookies are great.

Super yummy & filling breakfast. Latte & vanilla latte were amazing! Lots of options too. Waffles, pancakes, eggs, sandwiches, paninis... clean spot with a nice bathroom & tables to sit. Great service as well.

This place is a gem with the friendliest service in town, delicious breakfast fare and some fine coffee. It's a counter service type of place but they will bring your food and beverge to the table and will bus the table for you. I ordered a plate with ham, scrambled eggs, hashbrowns and wheat toast and a 20 oz latte. There were only 2 ladies working (one was the barista and cashier and the other was on the grill) and the place was busy inside and out/drive-thru but they were able to manage a reasonably fast service with a side of smile. I enjoyed my coffee and my breakfast. The food was prepared well, the serving was enough to feed 2 of me and I have no complaints. My latte was delicious. I wish I was able to stop by another time. It's nothing fancy inside but organized and clean which is a big plus to me! They seem to have mostly regulars but if you're not, they treat you just as wonderfully as if you've been there so many times before except they won't know your order by heart like they do their regulars! If I ever find myself in this town again, I will surely be back. If you're from out of town or out of state, I highly recommend stopping in and grabbing a bite and a drink!

Customer service sucks. Very awkward and passive aggressive ordering process. Always takes an absurd amount of time to get your food.

The shrimp was also really good, and we loved the sides and our beverages. This spot is always a go to when in the area and a staple of Concrete.

I absolutely love the outdoor seating area as it is nestled among the pine trees and there are lots of seating options and some games you can play while waiting for your food. Beautiful surroundings. What most people come here for are the yummy large burgers and fries and shakes, etc. Although in their menu the offer sandwiches, wraps and salads too. Everyone I saw while there had burgers on their trays. The appetizers are also very yummy. We shared the garlic cheese curds to start and they were very tasty and served hot. Among our group of 5 people we tried a variety of the burger options including Jalapeno Burger, Grilled Onion Burger. I substituted the sweet tempura brussels sprouts for fries and another did onion rings. The rest of us had the delicious fries. The burgers were very big and difficult to finish for several of us so we took a lot of it home. While here we also ordered the special "Doggy Burger" for our dog. This is a basic cooked hamburger which we chopped up for the dog. And I also ordered a slice of the white chocolate raspberry dessert that the worker said was fresh out of the oven. That had to come home for a later day as we were stuffed. Great tasting food here! I'll be back.

We ordered burgers and I asked for my fries 5x crispy. The cook adhered to my request and honestly exceeded my expectations. The burgers were stellar. Exactly what we were looking for, exceeding expectations for a small town, local restaurant. Service and food were so good we returned on 5/09. This time we ordered a pizza, burger and onion rings. The pizza dough was pretty undercooked on the bottom. The crust was done well however. I will give the benefit of the doubt and attribute it to a fluke as the service remained amazing and the rest of the food was outstanding. The burger maintained its rating from the previous days meal. The onion rings were fantastic. Perfectly fried and crispy/crunchy. I was able to break them in half/bite off a piece and the breading remained stuck to the onion. Also, if you're a Bigfoot enthusiast, this is your kind of place (I'm a Bigfoot enthusiast).
