By December 15, I'd received a call that the watch was fixed, but then they backtracked and said it was still losing its charge. From that point on, it was radio silence; I called them on 12/22 and12/31, each time without them being able to tell me what was wrong with the device. By 1/30, they told me that the device was unfixable and then would send it back to Charlottesville to get it to me. And again, I heard nothing. When I called on 2/10, I finally spoke with someone helpful who'd admitted that the watch had been lost in the mail. I asked that person what could be done, and they offered to see if the company could help me replace the device; I asked to get that in writing in the form of an email, which they obliged and sent on 2/11. I've now responded to that email two times (on 2/14 and 2/17) hoping to move forward with the replacement of my device or some kind of a refund, and no one has answered. Fruit Fixed showed embarrassingly poor communication and bad customer service. I have no idea how their rating is so high - I feel like many of these reviews can't be legitimate. I now have to purchase a new watch and can't use my previous device as a trade-in because they have refused to help me when it was lost in transit between their two stores, and when apparently no one who worked there even realized it was gone. Pathetic.

They still work I guess but the right ear is annoyingly loose. When I called to ask if I could get a refund or a replacement, they didn't believe me when I said the headphones cracked on their own. I can understand some skepticism about how the headphones broke, especially given the reputation of gamers and their anger issues, but it felt bad to be mistrusted like that. Well, $20 more and after a few weeks, I'm noticing glitches with this one. The screen won't work while plugged in and when it's in my pocket, it will randomly select and activate apps. My advice is, go to a professional for new screen installments.

My computer worked fine and everything with the crack in my screen but I still wanted to have it fixed in fear of the crack getting worse. Once I picked up my computer after having it fixed the computer started acting like I was switching it into tablet mode and the keyboard and mouse pad would not work. I took it back in to have them look at it. The guy "fixed" it for the time being while in the store but by the time I got back home it messed up again. And the only solution was to fix it temporarily and he wasn't even sure how to fix it without opening it up. I decided to call Best Buy to have them look at it because I do not trust these guys to touch my computer again. I do not recommend them

Customer service is outstanding and convenient. NOTE: use the phone numbers and don't rely on catching him at the shop. He is busy, but responds quickly. I would be a return customer if/when I need electronic repair again.

But since he was so pleasant to deal with, and honest about what my options were, I decided to call him again when this TV experienced an issue. He came to my home, and picked up the TV. Just a few hours later, he called me with a solution. It was fixable, and he'd found the needed part. We arranged to get the part ordered, and when it arrived, he got the TV repaired, and brought it back to me. It's working like new again! Peter really knows electronics. His work is top-shelf, he's honest, fair, and nice to deal with. I would highly recommend calling him if your TV has a problem. He was able to give my high-end LG OLED 65" a new lease on life, and at a very reasonable cost for his time and labor. I will be referring all my friends to him.
