We have several laptops in our home and have had to have 3 repairs just this year alone. The first time I went to Hi-Tech Computers I was looking for a cord for my Toshiba, I had called all around the Valley looking for a good deal and same day delivery. I was happy to find not only were they the cheapest but they had them in-stock. The second time I visited was to have the hinges replaced in my just went out of warranty Toshiba laptop and the screen glued back in place. Again I was not disappointed, he was able to fix it the same day, though I did have to wait til the next day to pick up for epoxy to dry, it is now better than new. I dropped in again today to pick up another cord for my PC where others sell name brand cords for over 75.00 he was able to get me a decent deal on one for Lenovo. So I will be going back there again if I need anymore work done on our PCs. I believe there is only one worker at this establishment, but I considered that a plus, hate having to go through many people explaining what I am looking for. I brought my Lenovo ThinkPad e570 to Roz yesterday because the keyboard wasn't working as liquid had been spilled on it several months ago. Rather than get it looked at, I took the easy option of using a wireless keyboard. Due to the lack of a keyboard and the fact that the computer was sluggish and not as efficient as I needed, I started looking for a replacement. As I am a fan of ThinkPads and this particular computer, I decided to take it to Roz to get it it looked at. He's pleasant, professional, and knows his trade. The keyboard problem couldn't be resolved due to motherboard issues but after doing some maintenance and a scan, the computer runs like new. Roz could have hustled me into buying one of his ThinkPads but didn't, rather pointing out the merits of mine. I appreciate that honesty - hard to find these days. He had the computer for 24 hours and updated me during that time. His fees were 50% less than I expected to pay. I can't recommend this business enough. I have received the best service and care at Roz Hi-Tech over the past few weeks, which definitely deserves a review! I'm a student, and I've recently had some problems with my HP laptop. I first took the computer into Roz with an intermittent problem I'd been having, and he figured out the problem instantly and had it back to me, fixed, later that same day. Also, I needed the screen replaced a few weeks later, and Roz not only gave me a very fair quote but fixed it within half an hour while I waited that night. The screen works perfectly, and I can barely tell a difference between this and my old screen. The service here is absolutely amazing, and I'd definitely recommend Roz to anyone with any computer issues! I am very happy with the service I got from Roz. He opened his place on a Sunday which is closed. I had as 6 plus phone that neede a brand new screen and we needed an Apple I D number which we didn't know. Was giving this to our daughter who is 12. he was amazing!
