The private feel of the wellness center suits my needs. The owner is quite accommodating and friendly. She answered all of my questions in a timely and professional matter. I kind of like to just do my thing and leave when it comes to gyms. This place is the perfect feel for me. They are kind yet respectful of their members needs. Tough times through the pandemic did not stop the BodySmart team from keeping their members fitness a top priority. They loaned out equipment and offered classes and personal training over Zoom. Chris, the owner, provided workout videos that you could do at home at your convenience. When gyms reopened, the BS team followed all regulations and we all felt very safe. Annie and Chris are rock star trainers. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We just started a challenge called 50 Strong to really get back in shape after the Covid mess. I recently finished a 14 day core challenge that Crystal set up and I was not disappointed. She…read moresent a video of herself doing the exercise prior to starting the challenge so that the group I was in knew what to expect. I admit some days were harder than others but I felt stronger each day I did the exercise. By the last week I felt a lot more confident in my execution. Every morning she sent an affirmation and checked on everyone in the challenge to see how we felt and how we were doing. I love a good accountability group chat especially since COVID forced so many of us to stop going to the physical gym and have to work out at home I would absolutely recommend Crystal because she genuinely cares about her clients and she wants to see you become your best self. She will challenge you and she understands that in order to reach your physical goals, you have to also focus on reaching your mental health goals.
