I have been going for about 3 years. I never wait in the waiting room long enough to even finish a magazine article. They were very helpful when I asked about what I can do to make my teeth even more awesome. All the advice they gave worked. Very clean place TV's available while they clean my grill (with cable) And they always remind me of my appointments in ample time. They're located above the Grand AVE Mall, I like to visit TJ MAXX or the produce cart when I go.

He was recovering from periodontal work, so it is clear they made sure they took care of him well. I have never heard of a dentist providing so much care to patients themselves! I booked an appointment and came to Dr. Baggott's office with concerns and fears left from my previous dentist. They listened an addressed all of them. From the dental hygienist to the dentist, they took the time to give me great independent care, and I felt comfortable leaving their office without any worries. A doctor was out sick, so Dr. Baggott's father was in as the provider for the day. He was clearly very knowledgable and treated me like family. They work in a fancy building in downtown Milwaukee, but validate parking from the building valet so do not let the idea of downtown office buildings deter you! She is very…read moreknowledgeable not just about teeth but how your oral health might be affected by or might be affecting other parts of your health. She's very thorough and honest. I had another dentist tell me I had a cavity and Dr. Lueck determined that I in fact did not have a cavity but my filling would need to be replaced to cover the gap between my teeth which would avoid breaking the enamel on my second tooth - something that should be avoided if possible. She also took my breathing problems seriously and gave me an excellent referral to an ENT which has changed my quality of life drastically for the better. She even prepared a report for me to give to the ENT so I could go informed and speaking the same "doctor" language with the issues she saw, which likely saved me time and added clarity to the ENT. I've referred other friends to her who have been equally as satisfied. She is not only highly competent and intelligent, but really great at communicating with patients, which at times it can be hard to find a doctor who does both. This is what health care should look like. So grateful to her and her team.

When it got worse today, I literally jumped off a bus on Water & Wisconsin on my way to work, called the office from the corner, and was in a dentist chair 5 minutes later. One of the many things I love about Milwaukee is that they have kept their architecture and old buildings. I think there is actually a historical society on the first floor. Anyway, while the building is quaint, the office is warm and up to date. Everyone from the front office, to the hygienist, to Dr. Zeeb are very nice and make you feel comfortable. I have to be honest I am that person who has dental anxiety, I do not know why but whenever I go to the dentist I sincerely get palpitations. Everyone in this office makes you feel very at ease. I had a full exam in which unfortunately resulted in the diagnosis that I need to have some cavities filled. However, Dr. Zeeb showed me the x-rays and explained everything thoroughly and showing me the pictures and my options. Betty was my hygienist and she is very gentle and works very quickly! Dawn at the front desk is really good about working with tricky schedules, getting insurance information and reminders. So glad I was able to find a dentist for the whole family in a location convenient to our home. There is a parking garage right next door and Dr. Zeeb's office does validate your parking...yay!

The building is relatively small (but not cramped) and completely updated to look like a modern, inviting home. The feeling of home is echoed in the friendliness of each and every staff member. All of them are polite, professional, and friendly. Considering a dentist's office is the LAST place you want to be they definitely go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. Both doctor and tech were open about each step without being intimidating. They are genuinely concerned for your comfort and conduct themselves effectively without being heavy handed. Booking an appointment is great. They send email confirmations with calendar entries for convenience. Rescheduling is a breeze. After leaving from a tooth extraction I was unexpectedly given a "gift from the tooth fairy" which included a custom thank you card and a gift certificate for a treat. It's a hard sell for TMJ services with every appointment. Cost for TMJ services: Assessment $650 and treatment $5400-6500 (services weren't clarified) with payment required upfront. He says he uses a third-party to maximize insurance payout and after that is received, he would refund anything that insurance covers. When I asked what patients do when they can't afford this treatment, he became defensive and explained that he couldn't provide services for free (which I wouldn't expect). I found a local (TMJ & Orofacial Pain Treatment Center) doctor who is excellent, fitted me with a night guard for under $200, and that has very clear patient costs for services after insurance, and charges much less overall.
