We were overcharged and when I called they apologized and told me the service was coded wrong. They promised a refund just to wrap me into a bureaucracy hell. The lady in billing department tells me that there are open claims and refund cannot be issued. I called my insurance they told me they paid everything. Please teach your contractors some manners when talking to people. I am a big believer that you get more bees with honey not vinegar, unlike your clerks.

At first, I was doing treatment with Invisalign. When I came to his office for a consult, he asked tons of questions about my experience despite what my previous Orthodontist was telling him. It was like he was wanting to know what I wanted to do rather than run with what my Orthodontist wanted. After I considered wearing braces and starting over because I was tired of waiting for Invisalign and felt that the progress was moving along too slow, he accepted me. My appointment wasn't until weeks later to make sure that I was sure about my decision and I didn't have to pay anything down until the braces were applied. Ever since the application of my braces, I've been very satisfied. He explains what he doing and gives me an update on how my teeth are moving. Since I chose the ceramic braces, he even gave me the option to come in more frequently to have the rubber bands changed because they stain very easily. I'm very happy with my results so far as it's been about 4 months.

All the space and comfort goes well with a host of whimsical artwork and the more than thoughtful staff that work here. I had a full exam in which unfortunately resulted in the diagnosis that I need to have some cavities filled. However, Dr. Zeeb showed me the x-rays and explained everything thoroughly and showing me the pictures and my options. Betty was my hygienist and she is very gentle and works very quickly! Dawn at the front desk is really good about working with tricky schedules, getting insurance information and reminders. Fast forward 15 years, I was back and in need of some more teeth correction. Between my wisdom teeth growing in fully, and my lack of retainer-wearing as a teenager, everything in my mouth began to crowd. I really wasn't up for the idea of having a mouth full of metal as an adult, so I've opted for Invisalign! All the staff, including Dr. Race himself, are all incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable with making my decision. They've answered all my questions thus far, and made it clear they'll available anytime if I run into problems. My first appointment was a consult helping me have a fully understanding of what I needed, the process, and the cost. I returned for scans and X-rays they needed to create my clear trays. Then finally, a few months later, my Invisalign was ready! I went in yesterday to get them all fitted and fastened. Let me tell ya, it's a weird feeling and I already know it'll be a little bit of burden for a few months, but it'll certainly be worth in. They were able to show to a 3D rendering of how my jaw and teeth will move over time, and I cannot wait for the end result. Oh and as for their new safety precautions (re: covid), I would give them six stars. You can tell how serious they take the health of their patients and their employees.
