But dog friendly. Quality/Quantity - I had a hard time with the website making my appointment, it's a user issue as I am just not tech savvy. So I called and someone actually answered the phone and made my appointment for me, THANK you! We arrived 15 mins early, so we hung out in the lobby reading all the history, etc. Then Skip took us to the best view overlooking the vineyard for our tasting; see pictures! We sampled almost ALL the reds! All of which were good. See pictures. I like the fact that we did side by side tastings of many of his wines. My favorites were the 2022 Primitivo and 2021 Malbec, which we bought a few bottles of. Ambiance - Secluded private winery. Close to main Downtown Napa, but far enough away for privacy and a feeling of being far away. Appointment only, so very private and customer focused. Typically no more than 3 parties at a time. Today was considered a very busy day as there were 4 parties including us, lol. Gated private estate. 200 acres. Plenty of parking, especially since hosting only 3 guests at a time. Events - See their website. Well behaved dogs are allowed outdoors. Service - Skip is a history buff and we both talked for hours... After leaving, well really the next day (LOL), I realized that our tasting was supposed to be only 60 minutes. I guess because we got along so well, we stayed until closing! And he gave me a glass with a generous splash and let us walk the property alone after they left! So welcoming and trusting. Price - Depends on which tasting and what you buy; see their website for prices. Tastings range from $50 to $100 per person. One free designated driver allowed. Tasting fees waived with wine equivalent purchases. Hike tours $75 per person ($60 for club members). See their website for more information. Owner Comment - Congrats on your family's success since 1939 and congrats to this winery's success since 1992.

We will continue to attend each year provided the weather cooperates. This year (2026) I loved the gnomes, but I was a bit disappointed with the artist talks on opening night of the festival, as the gallery venue was very noisy and the artists were mingling with guests in the gallery when we arrived. There was a mic set up and I would have preferred that the artists done brief presentations on their exhibits with the mic before they mingled. The event felt a bit chaotic and my group left quickly when we realized that the artists were not doing formal talks. We enjoyed walking along the river to watch the sunset instead near the lighted art exhibits!

The projection was reflected onto First Presbyterian Church, the four fundamental elements of cosmogony--Earth, Water, Air, and Fire. Holding Dance by Wendy Yu, was equally beautiful. The projection captures time-loss through dance and movement from present to past. Parking can be a bit of a challenge, we opted to park a bit away from downtown and that worked great. Bundle up, it gets cold at night. Bring snacks or you can stop and support local restaurants. Can't wait to be back! Good escape room in Napa…read more Located in a strip mall the Grape escape is easy to spot. There's plenty of parking around. Staff here is super friendly and helpful. We had a booking issue and the staff helped us out and offered a significant discount. In the room itself the GM was attentive and helpful. We tried two rooms (Temple of Razum and the witches one). I'd say both are closer to old school rooms with only sparing using of technology. Puzzles mostly make sense, there was one in each room that we'd never have solved without help. The rooms were mostly linear so better for smaller groups. We did it with two people and enjoyed it quite a bit. If you're looking for something to do in Napa these rooms are great.

I would love to come back and play other rooms they offer! The only thing that bummed me out was the pricing. my brother and I prefer to play in smaller groups so the price of just the 2 of us was kind of steep.

A little pricey to sample two wines, but it is very beautiful here with amazing architecture and design. Unfortunately, you're not able to just have a (1) glass of wine, you need to do the $80 two glasses and a charcuterie board if you want to taste here. We did not end up having our wine tasting experience here, but we were able to walk around, and it was beautiful. Also heard their paella gift set is amazing and that they have paella experiences here too! It was beautiful, but not full, so chances of being able to walk in, is probably high. + $80 for two glasses and a charcuterie board + Need to do the two glasses, cannot get one. + Beautiful scenery + Beautiful decor + Cute walk + Accessible for all with an elevator

Yet we were stuck with a glass for 80$ instead. Transparency with customers is essential, and unfortunately, that was completely lacking during our visit. This experience left a very negative impression, and I hope the business reevaluates how it communicates its promotions so other customers aren't caught off guard the way we were. After bringing our complaint verbally, we were told sorry and left to leave.
