Brian Decker and his team at Loan Depot could not be more amazing!! Having bought two previous homes, I knew what a nightmare the entire paperwork (and loan process in general) was. From the first day we decided to go with Brian Decker and Loan Depot, I knew it was going to be different. Brian is the kind of guy that you know is going a million miles an hour, has 20 things on his plate, and is at the top of his game. Yet, somehow he took the time out of his day to answer any and all questions that I had. He explained to me the different options, mortgage jargon, and what to expect. He took the time to look at our current credit and find ways to bump it up 40 points in order to get a better loan rate. Also, it meant a lot that Brian didn't only call once and that was it but rather He called several times to see if he could help in any way. We thought about refinancing our home mortgage but put off the process because we remember it was a long, arduous process the last time we did it. Brian Decker did our financing for our home loan. They were also very helpful and attentive. The only negative thing I could say...is that when it came to signing our final documents they had our names wrong on all the paperwork. When we brought it to their attention, they did make us feel pressured into thinking it wouldn't be a big deal and it almost felt a little threatening because we wanted the docs 100% accurate. We told them no and waited a few more days to have everything done correctly. So make sure all your paperwork is correct and in order before signing...and when they tell you it has to be done that day...it doesn't! Team Forss made our home buying in Murrieta such an easy process. Our realtor, Daniel Jarvis, was truly amazing. He was extremely attentive and would always find time to accommodate all our needs. OUTSTANDING customer service all around. They offered a rate that was far better than any we found previously, with no points, and they saved us a ton of money.
