Once on board, I was even more impressed. Brian and his team have a very organized, streamlined process. Their website is updated and clean making it easier to manage. His staff was always super polite and helpful. They will also create custom videos for you to explain each step of the process. This was awesome for someone who's super busy and can replay it a few times to better understand. No one is perfect and Brian is no different. There was a few times when Brian would speak too fast, flying through the info while on the phone. However, every time I lost him I just asked him to repeat or I'd just ask questions. No issues at all. He never made me feel rushed. He's just so passionate and knowledgeable about mortgages. If he does that with you, just ask him to slow down and he will. Also, his marketing is a little excessive and annoying. For example, the preapproval letter was a packet with pictures of his team and other marketing for his company. Too much fluff.
