Ron Perrot was a complete fail in my wife's attempt to refi a reverse mortgage, operating his business from his retirement home in Hawaii and having his inexperienced son, (by his own admission) do all the dirty work for him! When the going got tough Ron got sanctimonious, blaming us for not coming forth with information, and blaming me for "Pushing back". I never trusted him or what he was doing, it seems that when it comes to reverse mortgages the agent dictates the terms of who gets how much money, and how much they pocket, as each Mortgage company quotes different amounts. While Ron's offer was adequate, it certainly wasn't as generous as we have subsequently found with other companies. I wish I had never had anything to do with Ron Perrot, I still can't get the bad taste out of my mouth! read more

This outfit is truly the best in the business. My wife had a very tricky loan that we had to acquire in order to move into our first home with our little girls. June 1-0, 2018 I have worked with Ron Perrot, lender for Nations Reliable Lending, for 12 of the 40 years I have been in business as a Realtor. I learned early on, that financing was the key to a successful escrow closing. Many years ago, I was told by my then lender, the clients I was working with were fully qualified and would survive the purchase of their new home; they were wrong.
