I took my computer here for a simple diagnostic. A full week had gone by so I decided to call them. I don't think they even knew who I was. After 10 days I was sick of waiting on these people. I went up there to get my computer and to find out what was wrong with it. I was told the hard drive had crashed. 10 days and that's all they had for me.
