This meant I would lose all my saved documents since they had done a hard reset. I understood that, but when I arrived, I couldn't use the touchpad to move my mouse. (On the day I picked up my laptop, the "boss" was there.) He initially told me to use my wireless mouse. I told him I had one but didn't use it. He seemed slightly irritated because I was waiting around after paying for my fixed laptop, which now had an issue I didn't have before. I asked if I should walk around the store, and he said he would call me when it was ready. That was on a Sunday. Four days later, on Thursday, I went back when they called to say it was fixed. I called the store, received no answer, but someone texted me back, and I decided to take my laptop back while heading to the store.
