We received all documentation promptly and were able to have any questions we had answered for us. Only hiccup was that there was a disconnect on their website as to whether or not the hotel provided transportation from the airport (they did not). First tour (2022) scheduled was cancelled due to flooding in Bryce Canyon, not optimal conditions for hiking. With high expectations we re-booked for the following year, 2023. A month before our tour I was suddenly and un-expectedly hospitalized, a terrible blow. Condition turns out to be chronic, prohibiting me from any further hiking adventures, certainly not in remote areas far from a hospital. Compounding this blow, Southwest Adventure Tours refused us a refund ($3,600+) instead issuing a voucher for a future tour which we made clear we cannot use. We wanted to give this company a great review but they did not live up to our expectations. There are literally dozens of tour companies servicing the Mighty Five area, I would strongly advise shopping around before getting involved with Southwest Adventure Tours. Alot of money to risk losing for circumstances beyond your control. Thank-you.

They let us take out a boat last min so that we could get just a couple hours in seeing as we drove all the way from Las Vegas and bought fishing licenses already and were only in town for the day. Red Ledge RV Park is approx 0.25 mi from the entrance of Kanarra Falls making it a prime location for hikers. Unfortunately the weather wasn't cooperative with us and we weren't able to hike the whole thing due to snow. Our stay here was pleasant. Check in process went smoothly. There was WiFi and locked bathrooms with showers that were fairly clean. The people we did see were kind and kept to themselves. It looks like they have picnic tables, BBQs, and a fire pit available for use but due to the snow those amenities weren't usable for us. Overall, I would stay here again, but probably during the warmer seasons.
