We had a pleasant stay here once and could not understand the poor reviews. Now I get it. Life's too short. Spend your money elsewhere. He also did a fantastic job making my friend comfortable with the e-bike instructions, as it was her first time. I've rented e-bikes before and struggled with the assist, but this bike worked perfectly. The best part is that if you run out of battery or encounter an issue you can't resolve, they provide a number to call for assistance or a replacement bike. I come to Zion quite often. I will definitely rent from them again.

I had a very concerning experience with one of your shuttle drivers the 0800 timeframe…read more First, two of your vans were parked in a manner that made it difficult for other vehicles to access the East Mesa Trailhead parking area, laughing thinking it was so funny. Later, I encountered one of the previously mentioned shuttles with Utah license plate T32 1ZD driving aggressively. The driver came up behind me at a high rate of speed and began tailgating me. Unfortunately, the same shuttle continued following me toward Zion National Park. When it was safe to do so, I pulled over and allowed the shuttle to pass. The driver then accelerated away well above what I would consider a safe speed for the area and tailgated other vehicle. Speed limits exist for a reason, especially in and around a national park where there are winding roads, pedestrians, bicyclists, and wildlife. Driving 10+ mph over the speed limit and tailgating other vehicles creates an unnecessary safety risk for everyone on the road. I hope management addresses this behavior and reinforces safe driving practices with its drivers.
