He came the next day and gave me a super reasonable quote, additionally he took a look at my sprinkler system set up and offered to clean up the previous owner's janky pipes and wiring set up (toddler danger!). His final estimate was lower than other contractors who were only going to replace the one valve in my garage. And then on the day of the scheduled work, Ivan and crew arrived on time and quickly and quietly finished the work. Ivan even came back after the job was done when I asked for small tweaks to the water pressure. With the new valve now my faucets flow don't go all weak when the shower is on or when someone flushes the toilet. Highly recommend, would def call Ivan for my future plumbing needs.
