Everything else was draining except for these sinks, which are located on the opposite ends of the house. Well now it was our turn.. our water heater went out and when I contacted him, he was at my house that afternoon to check it out. Due to a home warranty claim we had to wait for approval on their side, but the same day that I got the green light from the warranty company Billy installed our new water heater and we had hot water that evening. After installation he has followed up with us regarding the new heater which I consider great customer service. Fantastic service from this plumbing company. They managed to pull a root from my drain pipe. The root caused a ton of flooding in my backyard. I had my drains service a year ago from a different company and they did not find this incredibly huge root. At Billy's recommendation, I got all but one part free under warranty from the company, the other part online for $80, and now we have hot water! No hole in the wall, or hole in my bank account!! I was having trouble with my 15 year old tankless water heater not producing hot water as it used to and I reached out to Total Plumbing Services. Billy got back to me quickly and was able to send a plumber, Jaime, to take a look at the heater the next day. After discussing the issues with the water heater with Jaime, who impressed me with his knowledge and experience, I decided it would be best to replace the water heater. Jaime discussed a few options with me, and I chose to get a heater with a recirculation feature, which has made getting hot water much faster than before. Jaime was able to come the next day, which was a Saturday, and install the new heater. I also had some rusty old piping under the house that I wanted replaced and Jaime brought another worker named Nelson to replace the piping. They also insulated the hot water pipes under the house, which had not been done previously. All of this was done at a competitive price and with no complications. Jaime and Nelson did great work, and Billy was very good about communicating throughout the process. He even reached out to me a few days after the installation to make sure the new water heater was working well, which was nice customer service. Total plumbing services was able to complete a trenchless Sewer lateral within a reasonable amount of time and the price was fair. Billy was able to get the permits within days, him and his crew arrived to work on the sewer early morning. I recently had the pleasure of meeting both Roberto and William/Billy under less than pleasurable circumstances. The drains in my 1925 triplex are a little worse for wear and clearly previous owners did nothing to maintain the system. They snaked a drain which then almost overflowed again for they offered the picote- essentially a d&c tool for old pipes that chews away the obstructions and sclerotic debris, rejuvenating the pipes and allowing shit and everything else to flow again. They were very thoughtful and friendly and helped me think through the system and figure out a plan for acute care now to restore functionality as well as make a plan for yearly maintenance. I was impressed by both their pricing and their flexibility in working with the situation and adapting the plan as we learned more about what we were dealing with. My air conditioning drain line needed to be unclogged. The clog was in an area of the pipe that went through the attic and behind a wall. My snake could not reach it, and that's when I knew it was probably best to call a plumber as I do not have confidence in my ability to cut through pipes in an attic, clean them, and seal them back together properly. Total Plumbing called me and beat a quote I received from a different plumbing company. Then they came out and fixed my problem. They even stayed after the clog was fixed and helped me pour water down the drain so we could verify that the drain was completely unclogged. My air conditioner is working great now.
