The kid wasn't there when I went to pick up my car, so I spoke with the kid's father. I complained about the quality of the work (spots and streaks on the leather and vinyl surfaces inside my car; windshield streaked/dirty inside and outside). Father tried to wipe spots/streaks with a cloth, but it didn't help. I told him not to worry about it and I would fix it when I got home. Father started yelling at me and said, "That kid's been working his butt off detailing cars for the last two years and you're the first person who has f--cking complained, and he's worked on much higher end cars than yours!" So the father yelled at me, swore at me, AND insulted my car. Worse than a waste of money ($200), because now I'll have to fix the problems myself.
